1. What TCC-Payroll-Dashboard is

TCC-Payroll-Dashboard is a private, internal tool built and operated by Therapy Corner & Consulting to reconcile billing/revenue data against payroll and calculate provider compensation. It is not a public product, is not offered for sale, and is not intended for use by anyone outside the practice.

2. Access is invite-only

There is no public sign-up. Administrator accounts are set up directly by the practice. Provider accounts are created only through an invite link sent by an administrator. Using this application means you have been authorized by the practice to do so.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or invite link with anyone else.

4. Accuracy of financial data

Payroll figures shown are calculated from imported billing data and the compensation rules configured for each provider. While the application is built to reconcile and flag discrepancies rather than guess at them, you should raise anything that looks incorrect through the in-app messaging feature or directly with the practice administrator rather than treating the displayed numbers as final without review.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another provider's or the practice's data beyond your role
• Share your account access or invite link with anyone else
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the application available and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time as the practice's needs change.

7. Limitation of liability

TCC-Payroll-Dashboard is provided "as is" for internal use by Therapy Corner & Consulting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Therapy Corner & Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
